Hi, I’m Sibuna – but everyone calls me Buna (she/her), 22, from Switzerland. I work as an IT & media specialist and am also Google Ads certified. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me deep into Discord, organizing things, making music, binging TV shows and movies, or gaming way too much. Moderating quickly became a passion of mine
I enjoy creating well-structured, uplifting spaces where people feel supported. From artist servers to fan communities, I focus on building creative environments that encourage connection and self-expression.
Management
Overseeing the daily operations of a Discord server, from organizing team schedules to planning events. I focus on driving engagement through structure, consistency, and approachable leadership. Whether it's leading meetings or checking in with the team, I keep everything running smoothly.
Moderation
Maintaining a safe, welcoming space through clear rules, smart systems, and proactive moderation practices. I implement and regularly adapt policies that protect users while supporting a positive, inclusive atmosphere. It's about fairness, consistency, and making sure everyone feels respected and heard.
Building
Setting up the foundation of a thriving server – from channels and permissions to onboarding flows and custom roles. I design the layout with both functionality and user experience in mind. A solid structure makes it easy for people to feel at home and find their place within the community.
Support & Guidance
Being there for both users and staff, whether it’s answering everyday questions or de-escalating issues with care. I offer mentoring for new team members and help maintain open, positive communication throughout the community. It's all about helping people feel heard, understood, and supported.
Tech & Analytics
Using bots, integrations, and data insights to automate tasks and improve server performance. I enjoy experimenting with tools like stat trackers, leveling systems, and auto-mod solutions to streamline operations. Numbers help tell the story of what’s working — and what needs fine-tuning.
Culture & Creativity
Helping shape the unique personality of a community through fun themes, inside jokes, visual elements, and custom events. I love finding creative ways to make members feel included, inspired, and excited to stick around. The vibe makes all the difference in turning a server into a true community.
